Mariana Guarin
Born in Venezuela, my family is Colombian, and I have Lebanese blood. I live in Chicago, and I travel a lot to Bogotá to visit my family. I’m the youngest of three. That’s why my family called me Marianita, and my friends called me Nita.
I believe in the power of ideas and I’m learning how to use it for good at the UN Women USA Chicago where I volunteer.
I’m a Latina that loves music but doesn’t know how to dance salsa, or who dances it in her very own style. I have fun being DJ Lala with my art director, Geraldine Ramirez.
